It’s easy to practice minimalism … if you stay in your house and never leave. And never go onto any shopping websites or apps. These tips should help you to stay on track with your minimalist goals when you happen to have to go shopping. They’re habits I’ve been working on developing for years — some of which I admittedly still struggle with, but all of them have been helpful to me at one point or another.

There are plenty of reasons to hold on to physical stuff…as well as annoyances, conversations and old hurts. There are even more reasons to let go of these things. Not only does letting go make room for things and thoughts we actually want to have around, but we are able to feel so much peace and live with less stress.
